Menu Planning

During patrol corners, you should be using a chart such as this to plan your menus.be sure to include all of the major food groups in each of your meals and try to have as many calories as you'll be burning. If you're planning for a backpacking trip, try to have a high calorie menu that is not all sugar based.
In your menus, you want to try to include as many food groups as possible to have a balanced diet for the weekend to have the maximum amount of energy for your activities.
