Boy Scout Troop 5 serves boys ages 11 through 17. Our troop draws Scouts from both Lyman Hall and Sheehan school districts as well as neighboring towns. We are part of the Quinnipiac District of the Connecticut Yankee Council of  Scouting of America.
The mission of  Scouting is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime through developing their character, citizenship, leadership and community service.

We meet weekly on Wednesdays and generally organize one outing per month. These can be campouts, historical trips, community service, parades, or lock-ins

Email Mark at [email protected] or Erica at [email protected] for information on how to join. Our doors are always open!

Boy Scout Troop 5 of Wallingford, Connecticut is chartered to the First Congregational Church. Meetings are held every Wednesday night in the church hall, located at 23 South Main Street. Meetings start at 7:15. All are welcome!

* Troop 5 is celebrating its 108th year of scouting! Read about our history.
